water bullet: lets Donte shoot a bullet out of his finger but he can only do it 3 times a day

now for his story*this is probly going to take a while for me*

he was born and raised on a different planet. *i cant come up with a name* but 5 years later after he was born he started to get some strange power that he never knew he had. he told his parents but they never belived him. when he finally got a way to show them, it was already to late. his powers went out of control and by doing that, his parents died. so he was taken to an foster house hoping to control his powers. until 3 years later he was adobted.*did i spell that right?* they drove 50 miles to go back home but home was a huge open water and the boy didnt know what was going on. after a few minutes without answer he asked again but this time the parents revealed the truth.*the parents were also water creatures* the boy was suprised that they were water creatures and then he thought about what they could do to help him. after 6 years of training to keep his water powers under control there was a beam of light outside the ocean. donte jumped out of the water then he was teleported from his home planet to mobtrobolis because of the beam of light. now on his home planet, he is forever forgotten

A water element huh? As long as it's not ice Zincrow should be able to handle things... not that I'm saying I'll attack him... without a reason...
